From AliExpress link to a listing ready to approve

You paste an AliExpress product link. Argos reads the listing through AliExpress’s official API, keeps the product exactly as it appears in the supplier’s photos, and redoes everything else to your store’s style guide: copy, images, price, attributes, category. Other suppliers are read by our in-house scraping tools, captchas included. Your team reviews, approves, and the listing goes to your store.

The supplier photos are bad. What does Argos do with them?

  • The same hoodie, worn, on a plain gray background.Product shot
  • The same hoodie, worn on a city street in late-afternoon light.Lifestyle

Demo visuals. The product stays the same; everything around it changes.

That’s exactly where Argos starts. It studies the product across every available photo, keeps it exactly as it is, and redoes everything around it: background, lighting, staging, following your store’s style guide. Every render then goes through a separate check to catch and fix any AI hallucinations.

Main image, gallery, variants: everything is cropped, made consistent, then compressed so your site stays fast.

What about machine-translated copy?

It’s raw material, nothing more. Argos writes the listing in your store’s voice, from one brief shared by the whole team. Attributes are matched to the ones you already have instead of creating yet another one, and the category follows your rules.

Captchas and scraping: who deals with them?

Not you. AliExpress is connected through its official API. For every other source, our in-house scraping tools read the page, captchas included. The Argos team sets up these connections at setup, and maintenance of your Argos is covered by the pay-as-you-go plan.

What about the sale price?

Your formula, applied to every listing: tiers, rounding, price endings. The calculation is shown on the listing, so you can check it before you approve.

How a listing moves

  1. AliExpress link
  2. Read through the official API
  3. Copy, images, price, attributes
  4. Checks
  5. Human approval
  6. Your store, live or as a draft

Nothing goes live until someone on your team has approved it. Then it’s published directly or saved as a draft, your call, on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or any other platform.

Is Argos a fit for a small dropshipping store?

Argos is built mainly for e-commerce operators who list products at volume or run several stores: the setup is custom-built and starts at €3,000. To see whether it pays off for you, check pricing or book a call.
